Chocolate Brownie
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (OR Self raising flour)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
Instant coffee – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp.
SOME Chocolate chips mixed with some flour+ just choco chips to garnish on
top
METHOD
– In a large bowl add your melted butter, Then add your the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and whisk everything well together.
– In another bowl lets make dry ingredients to be added. Sift in all the following ingredients into the bowl- cocoa powder, flour and baking powder and give it a mix.
– Mix the wet and dry ingredients well together. You can use the cut and fold method.
– Once everything is well amalgamated, add your brownie mix to your oven safe dish.
– Sprinkle on some chocolate chips (mixed with some flour, so that the chocolate chips do not sink at the bottom of the brownie).
– Bake in the oven at 175 celsius for 25 to 30 minutes
– Your delicious in-between brownies are ready to serve as is or with ice-cream!
