IN-BETWEEN BROWNIES

Chocolate Brownie

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup all-purpose flour (OR Self raising flour)

1/4 teaspoon baking powder (optional)

Instant coffee – ½ tsp

Salt – ½ tsp.

SOME Chocolate chips mixed with some flour+ just choco chips to garnish on

top

METHOD

In a large bowl add your melted butter, Then add your the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and whisk everything well together.

In another bowl lets make dry ingredients to be added. Sift in all the following ingredients into the bowl- cocoa powder, flour and baking powder and give it a mix.

Mix the wet and dry ingredients well together. You can use the cut and fold method.

Once everything is well amalgamated, add your brownie mix to your oven safe dish.

Sprinkle on some chocolate chips (mixed with some flour, so that the chocolate chips do not sink at the bottom of the brownie).

Bake in the oven at 175 celsius for 25 to 30 minutes

Your delicious in-between brownies are ready to serve as is or with ice-cream!
